Navicade™ 42″ Channelizer Cone (4″ DG Sheeting)

The Navicade’s slim design is useful on narrow highways and street projects where space is an issue and traffic barrels are too large. Stackable with or without a base attached and easy to transport and store. Channelizer cones, also known as delineator cones, are often used to guide traffic, divide traffic lanes where two or more lanes may be open in the same direction, and to divide traffic lanes moving in opposite directions. Also used to improve safety on a variety of other short-term maintenance and utility worksites.

Features:

  • Slim design is useful on narrow roadways where space is an issue.
  • Stackable with or without base for easy transport and storage.
  • Base of cone features a thick, reinforced radius corner. This reduces risk of splitting and tearing at the cone bottom, where a heavy rubber base can add stress during setup and removal.
  • Includes flashing light mounting receptacle (light sold separately).
  • Oversized handle is easy to grab with gloved hand and/or with light attached.
  • Channelizer portion is 42″ high, plus a handle, for a total height of 50.4″.
  • MASH Accepted WZ-301 when used without a light attached. Cone has not been MASH tested with light attached.
  • Meets MUTCD standards.
  • Made in the USA.

Options:

  • This channelizer has four 4″ wide 3M™ Diamond Grade Sheeting stripes with an orange/white/orange/white pattern.
  • Orange and white bands of 3M retroreflective sheeting available inEngineer Grade, High Intensity Prismatic Grade, and Diamond Grade.
  • Choose either 6” wide and/or 4” wide bands.
  • Also availableplain (no sheeting).
  • Also available in a28″ high version.

Optional Accessories:

  • Black rubber bases made from recycled tires in three sizes for increased stability:10 lbs., 16 lbs., and30 lbs. (sold separately).
  • Adding abarricade light (sold separately) increases visibility and stability of channelizer.
